Completely refurbished in 2020, these detached ground-floor cottages comprise a spacious and comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom that can accommodate up to three guests (one single bed and a bunk bed), for a maximum of 5 people (plus 1 cot).  Outside, guests can enjoy a large, bright patio with a seating area overlooking the garden. They are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, a telephone, a TV, a mini-fridge, a safe, and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. 

All the furnishings are elegantly inspired by traditional Sardinian art and are typical of Costa Rei and Villasimius.

START AND END OF STAY, CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT OF ROOMS AND BEACH UMBRELLAS

Arrival. On the day of arrival, rooms and beach umbrellas are allocated from 4.00 pm onwards. Your stay begins with dinner; the price therefore also includes lunch on the day of departure (which can be replaced with a packed lunch on request). It is possible to start your stay with lunch and end it with breakfast on the day of departure, provided you specify this at the time of booking (rooms are still allocated from 4.00 pm onwards). Check-in must be carried out by one guest per household. 

Departure. On the day of departure, the room and sun lounger must be vacated by 10.00. 

Check-out must be completed on the day before departure.

Late check-out is available for a fee, subject to availability at reception during your stay.
