Completely renovated in 2020, independent villas on the ground floor, consist of a spacious and comfortable bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom that can accommodate up to three beds (a single bed and a bunk bed), for a total maximum of 5 people (max + 1 cot). Outside you can enjoy a large and bright patio with lounge overlooking the garden. They are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, telephone, TV, mini fridge, safe, bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

All furnishings are elegantly inspired by the tradition of Sardinian art and typically of Costa Rei and Villasimius.

BEGINNING AND END OF STAY, DELIVERY AND RELEASE OF ROOMS AND UMBRELLAS

The arrival. On the day of arrival, the rooms and umbrellas are delivered from 4.00 pm onwards. The stay begins with dinner, the price will therefore also include lunch on the day of departure (replaceable on request with a travel basket). It is possible to start your stay with lunch and end it with breakfast on the day of departure, indicating this at the time of booking (the rooms are in any case delivered from 4.00 pm). Check-in operations must be carried out by only one guest per household.

The departure. On the day of departure, the room and umbrella must be released by 10.00 am.

Checkout operations must necessarily be carried out the day before departure.

Possibility of late check-out for a fee, subject to availability of the reception during the stay.
